- Passionate about best design and best building practices

- 1 years of experience in architectural design and drafting 

- Architectural graduate or have degree in Architecture  

- Capacity to focus on a variety of project types and multiple projects in various stages of development 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving, construction detailing and graphic presentation skills 

- Must be proficient in SketchUp and Revit software  

- High emotional intelligence, capacity, and strong collaborative work ethic

- Excellent communication and time management skills 

- Has reliable transportation 

- Design experience in AutoCAD and Passive House Principles a plus

- Understanding of the entire construction sequence and process a plus

- Understanding and working knowledge of project management software CoConstruct a plus
